Kay’ la brings over six years of financial expertise to the establishment of the foundation. She graduated from Springfield Central High School. Then went on to earn her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Western New England University. She has obtained her MBA as well.  In addition to her education, she holds strong skills in leadership, budgeting, attention to detail, and self-management. Skills that have developed over the course of her career at MassMutual. Kay’la currently works as an accomplished accountant, at the same time being a newly rising fashion designer.   Kay’la’s love for designing wedding dresses began early on in high school. Her passion for design has continued, despite her successful corporate career as an Accountant.  The love she has for weddings, and event planning quickly became a dream she couldn’t let go of. So she pursued it, and it quickly led to following her dreams and officially launching “Mrs. Kays” in May 2018. She’s held a number of fashion shows in the western mass area. Mrs. Kays has been featured on billboards and continues to grow as a brand. While Kay’la expertly balances her corporate position, she is a quoted as “Accountant by Day and Wedding Slayer by Night.”
